About Me

Born and raised in India, I’ve always felt deeply connected to my culture and community. Moving to Canada at 16, I turned to yoga over a decade ago to reconnect with my heritage. What started as a personal practice quickly became a transformative journey.

During my first pregnancy, yoga provided the strength and stability I needed, deepening my appreciation for its physical and mental benefits—especially during pregnancy and postpartum. This experience inspired me to share yoga’s healing power with others.

In 2022, I decided to deepen my practice and understanding by completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training. This journey allowed me to explore the rich history of yoga and gain a deeper appreciation for the significance of each pose, its origins, and its physical and mental benefits.

Specializing in Restorative Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga, I design classes that blend breathwork and meditation, offering a calm and holistic approach to wellness. My sessions are tailored to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and find balance—both on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
